In 2010, I noticed a dry rough patch on my daughters’ lower leg. While at her 8-week checkup I asked about the dry patch. The doctor took a look at it and diagnosed it as Eczema!! She was prescribed a steroid cream to get rid of the patch, but after realizing it wasn’t working to clear up the dry and rough look of the rash, I began doing research on the cream prescribed.

My research found that long term use of this steroid would thin her skin in the area it was being applied, so I took to the internet in search of a natural remedy. Whereas there was no “cure” I did learn that keeping your skin moisturized regularly, since this was a mild case of eczema, would help to alleviate her skin from being so rough and dry.

This is how Sha-Sha’s Whipped Essentials was born! I decided to create organic products to improve my daughter’s skin by using 100% essential oils that smell good.
