Policy: Sha-Sha's Whipped Essentials handcrafts the entire skincare line in small batches. It is our deepest goal to have everyone enjoy the experience of using our products. However, we understand that skin is diverse and resonates differently with each person. We strongly advise you to reach out to us before purchasing should you have had any adverse reactions to other organic skin care products.

If your package arrives damaged/broken, we will gladly replace it within 24 hours. Provide photo(s) of damaged items and send them to email with an order number in the subject field:
